Order Processing & Domestic Shipping

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Standard domestic delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Complimentary standard domestic shipping applies to orders of $3,000 USD or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges for orders below that amount appear at checkout. Shipping options and transit times may differ by destination.

Tracking information will be sent when available. We may require signature or additional delivery verification for high-value orders.

International Shipping

PHLP ROEW intends to ship from the United States to eligible international destinations. Availability, rates, delivery estimates, customs requirements, and any applicable import restrictions will be shown or communicated before an international order is accepted. A provisional transit estimate is 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs processing.

International checkout treatment of duties and taxes (including whether paid at checkout or upon import) is still being finalized and will be disclosed before international sales are activated. Customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes, and customs fees as specified at checkout and as permitted by law.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If a shipment is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact Customer Care promptly. We will assist with carrier investigation and resolution. Responsibility for loss, damage, or non-delivery is governed by applicable law and shipping arrangements; carrier tracking alone does not override legal obligations.

Order Cancellations

Contact Customer Care promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests; once shipped, an order ordinarily follows our returns process. Any statutory cancellation right remains available regardless of these operational rules.
